Jolanta Ruzgienė is the founder of UAB “Audifina,” a certified Lithuanian auditor, and the managing partner. She has been leading Audifina since the very beginning of its operations in 2002. Over her 20 years at Audifina, Jolanta has gained extensive and unique experience providing audit services, financial and tax due diligence, accounting and tax consulting, as well as bond trustee services to local and international companies across various sectors.
