Dovydas Vaičekauskas

Dovydas Vaičekauskas works at Audifina with bondholders’ trustee functions, overseeing whether issuers comply with the obligations and financial covenants set out in the bond prospectus. He ensures transparent and consistent communication between issuers and investors by providing relevant information and responding promptly to arising questions. His goal is to reliably and professionally carry out the trustee role throughout the entire lifecycle of the bonds and to contribute to the growth of trustee service practices in the Baltic and Lithuanian bond markets.

Dovydas is characterized by a results-oriented approach grounded in best market practices, offering solutions throughout the full lifecycle of a bond. Within a relatively short period in the trustee services team, he has gained experience working with various issuers and a range of situations, enabling him to quickly identify key issues and pay close attention to details that significantly influence process outcomes.

He is known for clear, targeted, and concise communication that helps effectively align stakeholder expectations. He also has two years of experience in securities transaction execution, where he worked with large corporations and institutional clients at Swedbank, directly participating in international financial markets.

In 2024, Dovydas graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Engineering from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.

Since 2026, he has held the qualification of Business Valuation Assistant.
