Laurynas Totoraitis

Laurynas Totoraitis heads the legal advisory division. Clients appreciate him for his quick reaction to business needs, clearly formulated answers, and practical solutions that help move things forward rather than slow down processes. Laurynas is able to communicate clearly and comprehensively with non-lawyers, such as company management, chief financial officers (CFOs), and chief people officers (CPOs).

Laurynas works with bond issues, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and development projects. He helps clients unlock legal solutions that strengthen strategic business opportunities.

Laurynas deepened his legal knowledge at the University of Zurich, the University of Geneva, and the Paris Arbitration Academy. He has passed the bar exam.
