Daiva Dėdinienė is a sustainability expert and Head of Audifina’s Sustainability Group, with more than 15 years of experience in financial and non-financial disclosure for listed companies. She has ensured compliance of financial statements with IFRS, licensed newly established collective investment undertakings, and implemented the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) requirements in Lithuania.
Daiva represented Lithuania in ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority) international working groups on financial and sustainability disclosures. She is a member of the EFRAG Digital Reporting Consultative Forum, which focuses on developing, maintaining, and advising on ESG taxonomy.
Since October 2023 – independent board member of LAVA.
A lecturer for auditor training courses aimed at obtaining the right to perform sustainability assurance activities (2024-2025).
An associate member of LAR, authorized to carry out sustainability assurance engagements.
