Gediminas Vaskela
Gediminas Vaskela is a partner and Head of the Audit Team at UAB Audifina. He joined the team as an auditor’s assistant in 2003 – almost from the very beginning of the Companies activities, and today he is a certified auditor in Lithuania.
Gediminas is a professional and an expert in his field, with more than 20 years of experience in audits, accounting and consulting. His areas of expertise are audits and reviews of the financial statements of local and foreign companies, consultations and the implementation of projects in forming and optimising groups of companies, and the preparation and evaluation of the terms and conditions of reorganisations.
