Daiva Dėdinienė is a Sustainability Expert and Sustainability Project Manager at Audifina. Daiva has over 15 years of experience in the field of listed companies’ financial and non-financial information disclosure supervision.
Daiva ensured the compliance of financial statements with IFRS, licensed newly established collective investment entities, implemented European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) requirements in Lithuania during the last few years. At the same time, she represented Lithuania in ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority) international working group on financial and sustainability disclosures. As an expert with extensive experience in ESEF’s reporting and sustainability oversight, Daiva was elected as a member of the EFRAG DRCF (Digital Reporting Consultative Forum), the main function of which is the creation, development, maintenance of the ESG taxonomy and consultations on ESG taxonomy topic.
